About Oleksandr Mamunya

Oleksandr Mamunya is a managing partner at Mamunya IP, an attorney-at-law and a registered trade mark and patent attorney. Since 2003, Oleksandr has been practising in intellectual property, including trade marks, trade names, designs, patents, copyright, and related rights, domain names, as well as IP enforcement, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. His experience covers litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution for major Ukrainian and international companies. Oleksandr is a member of INTA, the AIPPI and currently serves as the Chair of IP Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
