About Thais Matallo Cordeiro

Thais Matallo Cordeiro is a partner at Machado Meyer who advises on strategic legal issues of consumer relations for all market segments, providing preventive assistance. In the administrative area, she acts in the preparation and monitoring of recalls, civil investigations, assessments, notifications, and sanctioning procedures in general. In the judicial sphere, she handles collective interest actions, actions for annulment, direct actions of unconstitutionality, incidents of resolution of repetitive demands (IRDR), and repetitive appeals, among others. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and a counsel for the Brazilian Institute for the Defence of Competition, Consumption, and International Trade.
