Frédéric Draps is OSP & Ashurst's lead projects and energy partner in Indonesia, and specialises in project development and financing across the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. He has been based in Indonesia since 2012 and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (as well as English, French, Dutch and Danish). Frédéric advises sponsors, lenders, government stakeholders and contractors on a wide range of projects, and also has extensive experience in advising on projects and energy-related corporate transactions and disputes. He has been advising on projects involving all types of renewable energy technologies across a wide range of countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.
