About Rafael Sayagues

Rafael Sayagues is a founder of the EY member firm in Central America (2002). He is the managing partner of the Latam North Region Tax & Law practice and the Central America practice. He is also part of the Latin American Business Center group in New York and the Transactions Advisory Services team. Rafael’s experience includes local and international tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border taxation. He has an LLM in Tax from the University of Florida and a JD degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica. Rafael is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Costa Rican Bar Association.
