Daniel Quesada
is a tax policy manager at EY Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic. He has over ten years’ professional experience in public law, constitutional law and international public law. At EY, Daniel has focused on tax controversy and tax policy, including domestic taxation, international taxation, international tax standards, tax transparency, BEPS 1.0 and BEPS 2.0. He tracks tax policy developments and their implementation to help stakeholders and business across different sectors to understand their impact and make strategic decisions. Daniel has a PhD in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as studies in international tax law at Maastricht University and compliance at the Universidad de Salamanca.
