About Alexandre Barbellion

Alexandre Barbellion joined EY in 2013 and the Transaction Tax team in 2018. He is a tax and corporate attorney with over 15 years’ of experience in tax and business planning. Alexandre is also actively involved in wealth planning matters for family businesses. He regularly advises on the tax structuring of acquisitions and divestitures, as well as tax due diligence reviews in cross-border transactions, including all the jurisdictions of the region. Alexandre has a JD degree in Business and Tax Law from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, an LLM from Northwestern School of Law, and a Certificate in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago. He is a Certified Trust and Estate Practitioner.
