About Gisela Chiang

Gisela Chiang is a junior associate in Enlighten Law Group. She has expertise in the extraterritorial reach of US economic laws, eg, the Money Laundering Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a government-sponsored research project on the subject of export controls on the intangible transfer of technology. Her publications include pieces on the export control regime and merger control in Taiwan.
