About Nicolas Rontchevsky

Nicolas Rontchevsky is the co-founder of Perchet Rontchevsky & Associés, has been a Professor of Law since 1995 and specialises in financial law, corporate law, market regulation and contract law. He is recognised as one of the greatest French experts on securities law and complex litigation. He has also been practising as a lawyer since 1988. He is regularly involved in complex market transactions and litigation. He has a long practice in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Nicolas is Agrégé des Facultés de droit (private law and criminal sciences, 1995), Doctor of Law (1994) and a graduate of the Maîtrise in management sciences at Paris-Dauphine (1986). He co-heads the Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law at the University of Strasbourg. He is the author of numerous publications in business law (corporate law, financial law, contract law, collateral law).
