About Luis Nagalli

Luis Nagalli is a partner at Madrona Advogados and the head of the firm’s antitrust practice. He has extensive experience of representing foreign and domestic clients from many diverse industries in merger control filings. Luis also has a substantial background in negotiating leniency agreements and settling cartel cases before the Brazilian national competition authority, CADE, and the Federal Controller General. He holds an LLM in Competition and Information Law from New York University and worked as an associate at a prestigious law firm in the United States, where he co-ordinated notifications across multiple jurisdictions and with the US Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
