About Julia Haddad Niemeyer

Julia Haddad Niemeyer is a senior associate at Madrona Advogados specialising in antitrust and competition matters. She has significant experience in representing foreign and domestic clients in antitrust investigations (including negotiations of leniency and settlement agreements in major cartel investigations) before the Brazilian national competition authority, CADE. She also has solid experience in handling merger review proceedings, negotiating merger control agreements and advising clients on the creation and implementation of antitrust compliance programmes. Julia is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section.
