About Carly Stratton

Carly Stratton is a director at MannBenham, heading up the business team. She specialises in corporate, business and regulatory matters, and acts for many venture capitalists, equity houses and listed companies across all corporate and business disciplines, including acquisitions of large companies. Carly also heads up the e-gaming advisory team and acts for a number of e-gaming clients. She is also a former chair of the Isle of Man Wealth and Fund Services Association.
