About Ivana Mrzljak

Ivana Mrzljak is an attorney-at-law at FMV. Before joining the FMV team in early 2021, Ivana worked at another law office dealing with corporate law and corporate governance, commercial law contracts, real estate law and leases. She has completed mediation training with the Croatian Mediation Association, as well as an intellectual property rights course with WIPO Academy. She has gained experience in assisting clients in M&A deals, corporate governance and real estate contract matters, as well as in labour and civil litigation. Ivana provides quick and practical advice to clients in their daily operations, as well as representing clients in various proceedings and transactions.
