Eduardo Castañeda
is a partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa. He graduated with an LLB from Universidad Panamericana and with an LLM from London School of Economics and Political Science. He has developed his practice in the areas of consulting, negotiation, defence and the protection of IP rights, with a special focus on preventative protection, prosecution and litigation, as well as the enforcement of IP rights in digital media and domain name disputes. He specialises in administrative and constitutional litigation. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), and president of the IP Committee at the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE).
