About Mariana Lamarca Vidal

Mariana Lamarca Vidal is a senior associate at Beccar Varela with broad expertise in providing legal, corporate, contractual counselling services, IP litigation, privacy, protection of personal data and new technologies. Mariana obtained her law degree in 2010 and her postgraduate degree in copyright and neighbouring rights (Universidad de Buenos Aires) in 2019. She has pursued several advanced training courses related to her practice areas, including the Data Privacy Programme (Universidad de San Andrés, 2018), and the Intellectual Property Agreements Programme (Universidad Astral, 2017).
