About Florencia Rosati

Florencia Rosati is a partner at Beccar Varela, co-heading the firm’s IP and TMT departments. Her main practice areas include litigation and advice to clients on IP, entrepreneurship, entertainment, communications and new technologies, data protection and data privacy. Florencia obtained her law degree in 1997, her postgraduate degree in telecommunications law (Universidad de Buenos Aires) in 2001, and her postgraduate degree in new technologies (Universidad Católica Argentina) in 2010. She is a Registered Patent and Trademark Agent, and a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, the ITech Law Association, and the International Bar Association.
