About Daiane Nunes

Daiane Nunes is an associate in the capital markets and banking and finance practices at TozziniFreire. Daiane has experience in consulting and management of investment funds (debt and equity), public offerings and financing. She graduated from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro's Law School in 2015. In 2020, Daiane co-authored an article entitled “The Brazilian perspective on investment funds in the time of Covid-19: challenges and emerging opportunities”, which can be found on the International Bar Association website.
