About Cody Wright

Cody Wright is a partner in the Technology group of Shearman & Sterling’s M&A practice and based in Silicon Valley, after practising in New York for more than a dozen years. Cody has diverse experience in domestic, international and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, as well as joint ventures and corporate governance matters, including activist defence. He represents companies in, among others, the technology, media, financial services, healthcare, and mining industries.
