About Toon Rummens

Toon Rummens is a partner at Seeds of Law and focuses on corporate law in its broadest sense, with particular attention given to company and association law, contract law and real estate law. He advises companies (and their shareholders and directors), non-profit associations and independent entrepreneurs, and has successfully led several companies in difficulty through various problems and procedures in the past. Toon is specialised in the preparation and interpretation of various purchase-sale agreements (option agreements, purchase and sale promises, etc), with various business law constructions, and with all kinds of co-operation and promotion agreements regarding real estate.
