About Xiaoying Tian

Xiaoying Tian is a senior associate of JunHe. Her main practice area includes real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment. She represents well-known commercial real estate companies, offshore real estate funds and hotel management groups involved in real estate development and acquisition, incorporation of joint venture companies, reviewing of lease documentation, and management of real estate-related disputes. Xiaoying also provides legal advice to real estate companies concerning general company matters. She is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.
