About Daniela Seadi Kessler

Daniela Seadi Kessler is an associate in the intellectual property and privacy sections of Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He has a master’s degree in Data Protection and Privacy (2021) from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), an LLM in Business Law (2016) from UNISINOS/RS and an LLB degree (2012) from PUC/RS (Brazil), with academic exchange at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). Daniela is the author of the book "The Right to Portability in the General Data Protection Law", which was selected by the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice (STJ) as a relevant bibliography on data protection in 2020 and 2022.
