About Peng-Kwang Chen

Peng-Kwang Chen is a partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law who specialises in domestic and cross-border litigation, commercial arbitration/mediation and other dispute resolution procedures. He has represented clients in various high-profile cases across multiple legal sectors, especially in construction law, government procurement, and corporate law. He also serves as director of the Civil Procedure Law Research Fund and chairman of the Civil Proceedings Committee under the Taipei Bar Association, contributing to the reform of Taiwan’s civil procedure law. He is an alumnus of National Taiwan University (with an LLB obtained in 1997 and an LLM obtained in 2002) and the University of Washington School of Law (with an LLM obtained in 2014). He has been a member of the Taipei Bar Association since 2002.
