About Chia-Hsin Wu

Chia-Hsin Wu is an associate at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. He focuses his practice on intellectual property, privacy and data protection, antitrust law, innovative technology, ESG, CSR and start-ups. Mr Wu graduated with an LLM from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He has extensive experience including patent, copyright, trade mark and trade secret litigation. He also specialises in international commercial arbitration and was awarded with membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Mr Wu is also a member of Taipei Bar Association.
