Christoph Wilken is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s competition group. He advises on German and European competition law and merger control cases. He represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as before the European and German courts. His practice covers abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, merger control proceedings, compliance trainings/audits, aspects of day-to-day business and follow-on damage claims litigation.
