William Brouba is an associate counsel at GENI & KEBE. He provides bilingual (French and English) legal due diligence services to multinational and local companies on HR and labour-related issues in the Ivory Coast. He also advises our clients on project finance and cross-border transactions in the OHADA jurisdictions. William has an LLM in Business Law and Management from the Institut Universitaire d’Abidjan in Ivory Coast, a Level 1 Mining Law certification from the ALSF and a PPP Certification
