Mouhamoud Sangare is an associate counsel at GENI & KEBE. His practice focuses on commercial, corporate and investment law. Mouhamoud provides bilingual (French and English) legal due diligence services to a variety of corporate clients and individuals in the Ivory Coast and other OHADA member states. Mouhamoud has assisted a number of corporate clients with respect to the incorporation of branches or subsidiaries in the Ivory Coast.
