About Aboubacar Fall

Aboubacar Fall is the senior partner at AF Legal. He is a member of several professional arbitration associations, including the African Arbitration Association, the International Arbitration Institute, the London Court of International Arbitration, and the International Court of Commercial Arbitration. He was recently appointed as a member of the Users Council of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Dr Fall also participated in Queen Mary College’s survey on international arbitration. He is the programme director of the African Center for International Law Practice, which he represented in December 2019 at the UNCITRAL Working Group-III on the Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) Reform. Dr Fall teaches international commercial and investment arbitration and has published extensively on international arbitration, including the Senegal Arbitration Guide on the IBA Arbitration Committee website.
