About Miko Bradford

Miko Bradford is a partner in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the European Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets Group. Miko has experience representing both lenders and sponsors/borrowers at all tiers of the capital structure across the full range of bank and bond and bank second lien, unitranche, holdco PIK, margin loan and back-levered transactions and restructurings. She has advised on some of the most significant cross-border, public-to-private, leveraged financings in the London/European market.
