About Oluwatobi Akintayo

Oluwatobi Akintayo is an associate in Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s banking, project finance, fintech, and tax teams, where he regularly advises both local and international DFI, banks and other international clients within the financial services sector of the global economy. He advises on a wide range of matters cutting across foreign exchange control regulations, debt restructuring, project financing, secured and unsecured lending, and derivatives. Oluwatobi is also a member of the firm’s start-up-focused arm, U-Law, where he advises start-ups and other growth businesses.
