Folake Adebowale is a partner and member of Udo-Udoma & Belo-Osagie's general corporate advisory, M&A, private equity, and oil and gas teams. Her specialisations include cross-border and domestic equity and asset acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructuring and investments. She led the teams that advised the management and shareholders of Amni Petroleum on the sale of 100% shareholding in Amni Petroleum Limited. Folake has advised state-owned entities, including Petrobras, on restructuring issues and the proposed sale of interests in certain Nigerian oil and gas assets. She advised Statoil UK in its purchase of Nigerian crude oil grades from the NNPC, Equinor on contractual obligations, and Lukoil on its acquisition of interests held by Texaco Nigeria Outer Shelf Limited.
