About Godson Iwuozo

Godson Iwuozo is an associate in Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s corporate and project finance, energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure teams. Since joining the firm, he has advised on a wide range of matters, including, but not limited to, project finance (equity/quasi-equity and debt financing), acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, reserve-based financing, and debt restructuring. Godson advises both local and international clients on structuring and negotiating facility agreements, project funding, and exchange control issues in relation to project financing.
