About Winona Chen

Winona Chen focuses her practice on the fields of intellectual property law/licensing, patent enforcement and litigation, cybersecurity issues/disputes, and civil/administrative litigation. She is also familiar with fair trade law issues, daily corporate issues and dispute resolution. Winona is capable of handling both litigation and non-litigation cases and has advised several widely known enterprises on patent infringement, fair trade law issues and intellectual property matters, as well as representing enterprises and government agencies administrative litigation. Winona has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification , the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) qualification, which is highly regarded and valued within the anti-fraud profession, and the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001:2013) Lead Auditor qualification.
