About Ololade Agboola

Ololade Agboola is an intermediate associate at Greychapel Legal, and although his work straddles a number of practice areas, he is establishing himself as an authority in real estate advisory, and has in the past year advised on real estate transactions of varying forms and degrees, including joint venture development partnerships and real estate financing, in excess of NGN15 billion. Ololade is also part of a team advising a real estate firm in its bond issuance programme of NGN50 billion. He has also represented clients in respect of real estate disputes. Ololade completed his studies with honours from both Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School.
