About Donata von Enzberg

Donata von Enzberg is a member of Taylor Wessing’s disputes and investigations practice group in Germany. She advises and represents companies in complex national and international arbitration proceedings, often in connection with product liability matters, focusing her practice on the areas of national and international law relating to sales, trade and distribution. She is a founding member of the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) expert committee “Legal Aspects of Additive Manufacturing”. Since December 2021, Donata has been a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). She is regularly published, in both German and English, with regard to dispute resolution topics relevant in Germany, such as blockchain technology.
