About Mihaela Cornelia Moldoveanu

Mihaela Cornelia Moldoveanu joined Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law in November 2020 as a policy consultant and is part of the firm’s private client practice. She previously joined the Dubai DIFC Courts to oversee the legal drafting, design and launch of the DIFC Wills and Probate Registry (2014). Ella drafted the new Competition Law for Afghanistan and helped design the first ADR Centre for Commercial Disputes, led the "Courts of the Future" LegalTech initiative (2018), was a Board Member, VP Sponsorships at the International Association of Court Administration and worked as a Director of Gulf Region for Jersey Finance (2019).
