About Bagmisikha Puhan

Bagmisikha Puhan is an associate partner and has previously worked with Wipro (privacy role) to implement privacy solutions at an enterprise level. Bagmisikha works with clients across sectors, advising them on matters related to regulatory compliance with a focus on digital health, fintech, spacetech, digital gaming and other new age technologies. She has worked with NITI AAYOG in creating a framework for telemedicine and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) for at-home diagnostics, and regularly works with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) on matters related to her practice areas.
