About Oscar Montezuma Panez

Oscar Montezuma Panez is the founder and CEO of Niubox, and specialises in regulatory matters related to telecommunications, technology, intellectual property, data protection, fintech, blockchain and crypto-assets. He is a founder member of the Peruvian Blockchain & DLT Association and an active contributor to the regulatory committee of the Peruvian Fintech Association, and leads the Latin American Committee at the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw). Oscar lectures on different technology law matters at renowned universities such as Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC), and is lauded for his local and international track record and experience in technology law.
