About Vivek Chandy

Vivek Chandy is the joint managing partner of JSA Law and specialises in the areas of private equity, M&A and corporate commercial work. He is also qualified to advise on international commercial arbitrations and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Vivek has worked extensively in the real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, software and services sectors, advising on a wide range of issues, from acquisitions to structuring transactions. He also routinely represents clients in real estate transactions, including leasing and sale transactions. Vivek’s clients include listed real estate investment trusts, sovereign wealth funds, and offshore and private equity funds that are in the process of setting up real estate investment trusts.
