About Malini Raju

Malini Raju has been a partner at JSA Law since 2013 and focuses on real estate law and banking and finance. Malini specialises in real estate transactions, conducting due diligence and drafting allied documents, including property development agreements and construction agreements. She has advised and drafted documentation for some of the largest investments in the real estate sector in India in the past few years. She regularly provides advice on property-related matters to various multinational companies. Malini also has extensive experience in banking and finance-related transactions, including real estate financing and security creation. She is a member of the Karnataka Bar Association.
