About Farhad Sorabjee

Farhad Sorabjee is a partner at JSA Law and an experienced trade lawyer and litigator and head of the firm’s competition law team. He acted in the first cartel activity and abuse of dominance investigations filed with the CCI. He has appeared before various tribunals, high courts and the Supreme Court. He has been part of the India task force of the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section, involved in periodic representations made by the ABA to the CCI. He has co-authored articles for the Law Reviews, Chambers, and other national forums.
