About Ela Bali

Ela Bali is a principal associate at JSA Law, with almost eight years of experience specialising in competition law practice. She represents and advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, competition law issues in commercial contracts, dawn raids, cartel leniency, compliance programmes and merger control. On the litigation side, she routinely appears before the CCI, the NCLAT, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. On the transaction side, she has successfully advised and obtained CCI approval for complex transactions in both short-form and long-form formats. Ela was recognised as a "rising star" in the antitrust and competition practice area.
