About Polen Bayrak

Polen Bayrak is an associate in the international arbitration team of Lexist. She specialises in commercial and investor-state arbitration. Her client portfolio includes Turkish entities and foreign companies involved in disputes arising from bilateral investment agreements and commercial contracts. Polen represents these clients in arbitration processes initiated under the rules of prominent arbitration centres, such as ICSID and the ICC, and in ad hoc tribunals. Polen earned her law degree at Istanbul’s Koc University, where she was included on the dean's list, and her LLM in international commercial law from City University of London. Polen is multi-linguistic and speaks English, French, Arabic and Turkish, which is invaluable for clients.
