About Mantas Lideika

Mantas Lideika is a senior associate in the real estate practice at WALLESS and has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in structuring and executing complex real estate development projects, with a special focus on the co-ordination of complex processes and efficiency issues. He also specialises in newly adopted greenery conservation regulations during the development of real estate projects. Mantas' fields of expertise are preparation for and the implementation of real estate development, design and construction contracting, state land lease matters and developments in specialised locations such as cultural heritage objects or protected areas.
