About Dustin Moloy

Dustin Moloy is of counsel to Bose McKinney & Evans and a member of the Gaming Group. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Moloy spent more than four years working as an attorney at the Indiana Gaming Commission, where he rose to the position of deputy general counsel, performing a wide variety of legal and regulatory services associated with the casino and sports wagering industries. Prior to his time with the IGC, Moloy worked at a small Indianapolis law firm as an associate attorney, where he gained experience in litigation, transactions, class action lawsuits and collections.
