About Idris Hebbat

Idris Hebbat mainly advises listed and unlisted companies on acquisitions, public offers, mergers and restructurings, both domestic and cross border. He is regularly involved in operations led by investment funds, and often operates in private equity transactions. He also advises start-ups on their fundraising operations. He started his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 2007 before joining PwC Société d'Avocats in 2016 as M&A director, followed by Valther Avocats in 2019. He holds a master 2 degree in international taxation from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas and from HEC.
