About Idris Hebbat

Idris Hebbat mainly advises listed and unlisted companies on acquisitions, public offers, mergers and restructurings, both domestic and cross-border. He is regularly involved in operations led by investment funds, and often operates in private equity transactions. He also advises start-ups in their fundraising operations. He started his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 2007 before joining PwC Société d'Avocats in 2016 as M&A director. He holds a master 2 degree in international taxation from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas and from HEC.
