About Kensuke Inoue

Kensuke Inoue is a special counsel at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, with expertise in the areas of Japanese and international data protection law and information technology law. He also has broad experience in advising intellectual property matters, M&A transactions, and general corporate law. He regularly handles both transactions and dispute resolution, including cross-border matters. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He holds an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Certificate in Law and Technology), and is admitted to practise law both in Japan and California.
