He is the former Deputy Secretary, Liquor, Gaming & Racing with the NSW Department of Industry, a former President and current Patron of the International Association of Gaming Regulators, and a former Trustee of the NSW Responsible Gambling Fund. With over 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational leadership, regulatory policy and practice and reform, Paul has effectively stewarded highly contested, complex and dynamic spaces, advancing economic and social outcomes while securing public interest.
