About Yoshiharu Usuki

Yoshiharu Usuki is a partner in the competition/antitrust practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He has extensive experience defending clients involved in international cartel investigations, in particular before the JFTC and other foreign competition authorities such as the US Department of Justice and the EC. Yoshiharu has in-depth knowledge of the recent trends in cartel investigation practices in Japan and elsewhere. After obtaining his law degree in Japan, he studied in the UK and earned an LLM in competition law and worked in a major UK law firm’s competition department for one year as a foreign lawyer.
