About Rafael Jordão Bussière

Rafael Jordão Bussière is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados’ Real Estate and Environmental practices. Specialising in real estate, Rafael advises domestic and international companies, with special emphasis on the development of large-scale real estate projects, hospitality and leisure, built-to-suit, construction and infrastructure. In 2019, Rafael served as Special Adviser to the Federal Estate Oversight and Governance Department of Brazil’s Ministry of the Economy. He is the Director of IBRADIM-RJ (the Brazilian Real Estate Law Institute) and a member of the Real Estate Law Committee of the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) and Associação Brasileira de Advogados do Mercado Imobiliário (the Brazilian Real Estate Lawyers Association).
