Rachel Nightingale is senior counsel in the corporate, finance, funds and insurance practice at Walkers' Bermuda office. Rachel has experience in advising clients on Bermuda's digital asset business legal and regulatory framework, offering of digital assets in Bermuda, fintech banking licences and capital raising. She also has expertise advising clients in relation to cross-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, public offerings (IPOs), private equity investments, amalgamations, corporate governance and complex restructuring projects, including redomiciliations. Rachel advises a wide range of fintech clients throughout their life cycle; from leading financial institutions and industry leaders to start-up businesses.
