Bicrom Das is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where he is a partner in the firm's Global Investment Funds Group. He provides counsel in respect of both closed-ended and open-ended funds across a range of different strategies, including private equity, credit and venture capital. His experience spans the entire lifecycle of private funds, from fund raising and fund formation to downstream acquisitions and exits to issues related to end-of-life.
